Navigating the Venue
The SC Rapid and Blitz Championship is hosted at the Top of Carolina on the 18th and topmost floor of the Capstone House. The Capstone House is open to the public. Enter through any street entrance and make your way to the lobby elevators.

Take the elevators to the top floor to reach the Tournament Hall with scenic views of Columbia. The playing tables are arranged in the round, with each table overlooking the city. On the 17th floor is a breakout room with city views, accessible by stairs from the tournament hall or from the main elevators.
Because the floor rotates, boards may move throughout the day. Boards will be sequentially numbered with color-coded placards (depicted) so you can easily find your game. Pairings will be posted online, in the tournament hall, and in the breakout room.

Gibbes Court Bistro

Located on the ground floor, the Gibbes Court Bistro features all-you-care-to-eat fare with ample seating. Enjoy flame-grilled burgers, pizza, a salad bar, deli and more. Convenience items are also available to grab a snack before you head to your next game!
